STOCKHOLM 100 METRO CHALLENGE - THE DETAILS
How To Join The Run
đ 100 stations
đ 171km
đ No sleep
â± Less than 24 hours
On Friday 29 May at 18:00, DUAROK will attempt what we believe to be the first continuous run of all 100 Stockholm metro stations in one push.
Starting at T-Centralen and finishing at Slussen on Saturday afternoon, the route follows the Stockholm metro network across the entire city above ground - through sunset, through the night and into sunrise.
The route has also been submitted to the Fastest Known Time (FKT) website, allowing others to attempt the challenge in the future using the same GPX route and metro station structure.
But this challenge is about more than endurance.
Itâs about movement.
Community.
And seeing Stockholm differently.
Run With Us
This is not a race and there is no entry fee.
You do not need to run 171km.
Join for:
-
1 station
-
5 stations
-

or simply come cheer us on somewhere along the route
Weâll be running at a steady, social pace throughout the challenge and everybody is welcome. The aim is to achieve a steady 7 minute/km pace plus breaks throughout.
Live Tracking & Updates
Once the challenge begins, weâll share a live Garmin tracking link through DUAROK social media so people can follow the route live and join wherever they want.

Farsta will be one of the main community meet-up points before the final 11km back into central Stockholm.

Free DUAROK Socks
Anybody who runs 10 stations with us during the challenge will be able to claim a free pair of DUAROK socks after the event. All you'll need to do is post a selfie photo or video tagging DUAROK and letting us know what stations you ran and we will post a pair out to you next week.Â
We want people to become part of the journey - not just watch it.
Things to think about
If you choose to run with us during any part of the challenge, please remember you are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing throughout.
This includes:
- pacing yourself appropriately
- hydration and nutrition
- toilet breaks
- clothing and equipment
- traffic and road awareness
- and any medical requirements or conditions you may have
Weâll aim to help people where possible and create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, but everybody joining should make sensible decisions based on their own experience and ability level.
The goal is simple:
Move safely. Enjoy the journey. And be part of something positive.
Why Weâre Doing It
